Thank you for shopping with NeonOaks. We are committed to delivering your custom-designed products with care and transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when you can expect your order to be processed and delivered.


1. Shipping Costs

All prices listed on our website include shipping charges, so you don’t have to pay extra for standard delivery within the stated regions. There are no hidden or additional shipping fees at checkout for standard shipping.

For any express shipping options or special delivery requests (where available), additional charges may apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders at NeonOaks are custom-made and carefully handcrafted. Processing time includes both production and packaging.

  • Production Time: 5–10 business days

  • Packaging Time: 1–2 business days

Please note production times may be longer during holidays, high-demand periods, or due to complexity of your custom design.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order is produced and packaged, it will be shipped via our trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines depend on your location.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

If you don’t receive your tracking email within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us at neonoakslimited@gmail.com.


5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, customs, or other uncontrollable events.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 3 business days with your order details and photos if applicable.


8. International Shipping Notes

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
