  • It is your responsibility to ensure the correctness of any text, color, or design elements submitted in a custom order.

  • Custom orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

4. Pricing and Payments

We accept payment via Shopify’s secure checkout, including credit/debit cards, UPI, or other supported payment gateways.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Orders may be canceled only before production starts. Once production has begun, cancellations or changes are not permitted.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery through trusted shipping partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary based on your location and order details.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses some time delay happend by the delivery partners.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photo evidence.
